METRO COUNCIL STATING THAT CONNIE MARSHALL USED
PROFANE LANGUAGE AND THEY WANT TO STOP
PEOPLE FROM USING PROFANE LANGUAGE
I was referred to as a "GadFly" and
WDRB stated that they tried to reach me and that I
did not get back with them.
On June 9, 2014 I was at work until 4:30 p.m.
and on the way home stopped at Walmart
I did not arrive home until around 5:15 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.

Did Not Air My Response
On May 22, 2014 I spoke at the Louisville Metro Council Meeting
regarding Death Threats I am receiving from the Louisville Metro Police Dept. On June 9, 2014 a friend called me after I arrived home from work and stated that WDRB (Television Station) did a report regarding person using profane language at the Louisville Metro Council and stated that they tried to contact me. They could not have tried to contact me because I do not get off from work until 4:30 p.m. and I stopped at WalMart on that day, therefore I did not arrive home until between 5:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. I searched my email, mail and voice mail and there was no message from them. I telephoned them and they stated that they would give my response, however though they aired Attica Scott a Council Member, Jim King a Council Member and the ACLU, they did not air any of my response, though I am the person being defamed by Metro Council and WDRB. Attached is the recorded conversation I had with Chris (WDRB Employee) as I suspected that this would happen and recorded the conversation.
