Louisville Metro Police Corrupt CIT Program Tried to Setup Connie Marshall to Cover up - 9/23/17

On Sept.23,2017 a frequency went through my Living Room TV & then through my kitchen stove setting it on fire. I called the Fire Dept & when I picked up the recording it stated "Caller is CIT." I asked Open Records what this meant and no one would tell me, therefore I researched it on the internet and found that it was a program the Louisville Metro Police have for people with mental illness. Due the fact that I have never had any mental illness the FBI should definitely investigate the Louisville Metro Police as they have created 8 - 10 fabricated/forged documents and pleadings threatening to kill an LG&E employee, accusing Judge Minton of the Kentucky Supreme Court of performing cunnilingus on a 12 year old girl, and numerous other fabricated/forged documents in which they were involved in Fabricating/forging my signature on these documents and then attempted to drag me out of my home based on the Fabricated/Forged Documents & Pleadings that they were involved in creating.
