you will see that the abuse started with harassment, intercepting my telephones and mail and
progressed to assault, destroying property and now trying to take over my mind and body
*Though this journal starts with 2004, I have other evidence to add as early as 1999*
when the state illegally took my grandchildren and placed them for adoption
My phones were also intercepted during that time

Some of the Torture that I have experienced consist of the Following:
1) Body overheating and Body Extremely Cold
2) Itching behind eyes and Burning behind eyes. Blue Circles have now developed around my eyes and I sometime see double images.
3) Seizures
4) Heart pain
5) Ear aches and Assaults to my ears so severe that fluid (I can shake my head and hear the fluid in my ears and/or feel sticky fluid sometimes in my ears) and blood droplets are in my ears after the assaults.
6) Swelling
7) Headaches
8) Involuntary movement of my limbs (hands, feet, fingers, arms, etc.)
9) Computer transmission noise coming from my ears (as if something is transmitting to my mind inside of my head and/or I am transmitting to a computer)
10) Extreme exhaustion
11) Speeding and heart racing (as if my heart is going to jump out of my chest)
12) Hair coming out by the handfuls as if I've had chemotherapy
13) Mind paralyses, being hypnotized or placed in a trance type state
14) Being tracked by an Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) and/or a Satellite or some type of airborne vehicle (Also being constantly assaulted by these airborne vehicles)
15) Induced and controlled dreams (horrific and of sexual content) inclusive of manipulating my body at the same time (which is rape) Remember while this is going on they are watching/monitoring me in my home
16) Extreme sleep deprivation
17) v2k (voice to skull) and projected sound
18) Smelling sweet fragrances or Chemical fragrances
19) Hearing a bomb go off in my car, hearing a horn blow in my car
20) Extreme muscle spasms and extreme muscle cramps
21) Being made to fall down
22) Low frequency noises in my home and high frequency noises in my home
23) Sexual stimulation inside my vagina and the lips of my vagina (which is rape). Remember, while this is going on they are watching/monitoring me in my home.
24) Being awakened by voice morphing in my bedroom in the voice of someone that I have been intimate with
25) Assaults generating extreme pain to my hips, assaults generating extreme pain to my right arm (which now has some damage). Assaults to my Left arm.
26) Manipulation of face and speech.
Employment
1) I am assaulted on my job through headphones, telephone and neurological assaults causing me to make mistakes.
2) I am Deprived of sleep and only average three (3) hours of sleep per night so that I can't concentrate on my job.
Church
1) I am assaulted in church. The perpetrators assault me anywhere I go.
Monitored/Voyuerism
1) I am watched 24 hours a day and lights are flickered when I walk into a room to let me know that I am watched. When using the bathroom the muscles in my buttocks are moved by the perpetrator to let me know they are watching me and also when taking a bath. Lights are flickered in myr bedroom while I am getting undressed are if I am nude coming from a bath or shower.
2) If I walk toward an appliance TV, Radio, CD Player, Micro Wave, they will turn it on. If I walk away they will turn it off.
3) If I come in my home and I have a landline, as soon as I walk in the phone will ring or if I walk toward the door to leave my home the phone will ring. This also happens with your cell phone.
Mail, Emails, Faxes etc.
1) Postal Mail is intercepted and is left open and/or partially open to let me know that they are reading my mail (even court, checks, etc.). Emails are also intercepted and they have even taken over my Email Accounts. Mail and Email comes late and sometimes does not come at all. They will also hold checks and hold my mail until late in the day or the next day. They will also open my Postal mail and put other peoples mail in with mine. I have two Social Security Letters for two people that I have to turn back in to the Post Office as they were in with mail addressed to me from this office on two separate occasions and I also have a court document for someone that was in an envelope addressed to me. The perpetrators opening the mail deliberately mix it up.
Telephone Calls
1) I am harassed all day with harassing telephone calls from strange people and/or offices (see my page on this website entitled, "Harassing Telephone Calls".)
2) I am attacked while on the telephone with frequencies and/or pulse weapons that cause mind paralysis etc.
Electrical Appliances
1) All Electrical Appliances are constantly intercepted (turned off and on) in my home and/or destroyed. This includes Televisions, Fax Machines, Computers, Telephones, Micro Waves, Washers, Dryers, Lamps, Electric Igniter Switch on my furnace, Air Conditioners, Dust Buster, DVD Players, (anything electrical and/or battery operated), watches, clocks, etc.
Electrical Damage1) They have sent so much Directed Energy to my home that light bulbs have blown and broken in the sockets (this has happened with two ceiling lights). Micro wave doors have blown open and caught on fire, appliances have overheated and sparks have jumped out of the wall. On more than one occasion I have called the Fire Department.
Structural Damage to Home and Property
Due to Constant Low flying Aircraft over my home
1) I have contacted the Department of Aviation and will be filing a complaint through one of their offices due to the fact that cracks have developed in and outside my home, and uneven places on the property from the numerous low flying aircraft, which include airplanes, helicopters, Unmanned Air Vehicles, etc., as this has been going on for several years.
Automobile
1) My cd player and radio in my car were destroyed. My engine was destroyed, radiator and numerous other unnecessary repairs.
Reputation
1) When my friends, family and witnesses try to testify about the crimes being committed against me, the Perpetrators will lie to them and pretend to have authority to commit these outrageous crimes, while they hide behind badges. But, the truth is these perpetrators are "Rogue Government Officials," and Washington has not given them the authority to commit these criminal acts.
They can Manipulate Frequencies to Cause Problems Between Family, Friends, Spouse, Etc.
1) On Many, Many occasions the perpetrators have manipulated frequencies to cause static between my children, myself and others.
Isolation
1) As they want to "Control My Mind" to cover up the corrupt acts that they have committed against me and my grandchildren, etc. (see pages on my website entitled, "Kentucky Children for Federal Funding," "Conv. Bluegrass Assaults," "EEOC," "Officials Denying Assistance", " etc.) They also manipulate frequencies to destroy plans with others because they want to Isolate me. If I am Isolated the Directed Energy Weapons are more effective in allowing them to take over my mind and my life.
Assaulted through Appliances
1) I am also assaulted and watched through my television set and computer (see the "Patent" page on this website for information and patent numbers regarding these assaults).
Stalked
1) I have also been followed on numerous occasions by police and others. Gaslighting & Trespassing

WHY AM I TARGETED?
I HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD - I REPORTED CRIMES TO THE OFFICIALS
I KNOW IT IS COVER-UP, BUT IS IT ALSO NEPOTISM?1) It has become evident to me that a lot of the corrupt people in this town may be related to people that are officials and that may be the reason that I am "Targeted," as I have never committed any crimes and went to these officials for assistance and ended up being "Targeted". Is Nepotism Involved? Are the following related?
A) Is Mark Yates (Committed Hate Crimes, see pages on this website entitled, "Conv. Bluegrass" and "EEOC") related to Lieutenant Colonel Carl Yates at the Jefferson County Attorney's Office and is he also related to David Yates on Metro Council? I ask because I could not get assistance from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (Louisville, Kentucky)
B) Is Danny Lawless (the Police Officer that said that I was Redlined, ask someone if I was alright upstairs, and may have been the police officer that tried to get a family member to take a MIW - Mental Inquest Warrant) out on me though I do not have a history of mental illness, is he related to Jo Lawless, Assistant United States Attorney. (Louisville, Kentucky) I ask because I did not get any assistance from the United States Attorney's Office In Louisville and Mr. Hicks at the F.B.I. stated that they told them not to assist me.
C) Is Barbara Huber (Supervisor and/or Manager at Insight Communications. My Insight Service did not work correctly, I even had a recording room on my TV Screen, Echoes on my telephone and my Internet did not work, then my service was terminated, eventhough my bill was paid because I complained about these problems, see Insight in my journal) related to David Huber, previous United States Attorney that retired and stepped down) Louisville, Ky. I ask because I did not get any assistance from this office regarding my grandchildren being abused or the hate crimes.
D) Is John Terrence Keeling (Louisville Metro Police Officer that was stalking me and always on the corner of my block when my telephone,etc was being intercepted) related to Chip Keeling, Executive at Louisville Gas and Electric Company. I ask because when LG&E came out to my house last year in approximately October unannounced, even LG&E did not know that they came and I did not call them, I ask because the same day they came that night I started getting extreme muscle spasms and extreme sleep deprivation.
E) Is the Louisville Metro Police Officer, Sherrard (don't know his first name) that harassed me with other Louisville Police Officers Crick, Overstreet and Snow (see page 93 of my journal on this page) related to Gene Sherrard, Former Louisville Metro Police Chief. This was between 1997 - 2000, I know during this time a complaint was filed with the United States Department of Justice regarding the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Louisville Metro Police Department for Unlawful and Unconsitutional Police Practices Including Discriminating Against African American Communities. I do know that when I filed my complaint with Professional Standards nothing was done about the severe harassment of me by Sherrard, Crick, Overstreet and Snow, eventhough a neighbor tried to testify for me, but I was told when I brought this up to Chief White at a later date he stated, "Oh they retired, they no longer work here." Are Louisville Metro Police Officers not held accountable for crimes against citizens but eased into retirement never admitting their crimes. I ask because the same thing happened with Louisville Metro Police Officer, Sgt James. When I filed a complaint with Professional Standards, nothing was done and I found out in a letter that she retired so Chief White did not see a need to pursue this issue. Therefore, she was never held accountable for how she treated me (see page 223 & 224 of my journal, also see the page on this website entitled, "Police Reports").
