1) 05-01-000513 - January 4, 2005
I called the Louisville Metro Police Dept. for them to take a report regarding harassing communication. D. Minnear, Jr. 6th Division came out at 6:10 p.m. and told me that he was taking a police report, and did not take a police report. January 5, 2005 I called the 6th Division to report more harassing communication and I spoke with Joyce and she took the report, she gave me the above report number. I asked her if D. Minnear, Jr. had taken a report and she gave me the number to check on it. When I called records (502) 574-2050, he had not taken a report. I called Joyce back and she added the new complaint with the old one. Joyce told me that Detective Lancaster would be doing the investigation.

2) 05-01-015051 - May 22, 2005
I called the Louisville Metro Police Dept. to take a report, but they did not want to. After I became more persistant regarding the officer taking a report, she finally took the report. The female officer's name was Carey Klain and she spoke to me in a very derogatory manner and asked for my social security number, where I worked, what dept. I worked in and who my supervisor was. I thought that it was strange that she did not ask for my driver's license or driver's license number. The male officer with her was B. Boyd and he seemed concerned about her behavior, though he may not admit to it. She made numerous derogatory statements to me (I planned at that time to file a complaint regarding her, but I did not take time to file it).
I reported the following to her that occurred between May 18, 2005 through May 22, 2005:
I picked up my tele. and I received a recorded message that stated, "Message 24, G31NI is not available." I spent hours trying to get online with America On Line and AOL stated that a call from 999-888-0003 kept disconnecting my line from the internet. One day a high pitched signal was coming through my computer. I started receiving messages on my computer that stated, "You are being monitored." 3) 80-06-101155 - January 12, 2006
Though I stated that I had damaged property from electrical interference, a tape, log and additional evidence. The police report taken by the LMPD (Louisville Metro Police Dept.) Officer stated, "The Complainant advised her computer was damaged by the local office of the FBI." For the record, I state, once again the complaint was deliberately taken incorrectly and the Officer taking the report was Kevin D. Ray.

4) 80-06-116893 - June 9, 2006
Mail being intercepted at home, office, etc. Telephones not working and telephohe calls being rerouted. Fraudulent telephone line placed in my office, confirmed by a voice mail message left by AT&T. The Police Report stated, "Victim states between listed times that the FBI has invaded her privacy by illegally monitoring her phone and computer and requested a report of the incidents." For the record, I state, once again the complaint was deliberately taken incorrectly.

5) 80-06-038209 - November 1, 2006
Victim alleges that between above dates and times unknown persons had created an Email account similar to her user name. Victim also alleges personal files are being copied from her computer as she works on it Officer is unable to determine what offense if any has occurred. For the record, Officer Chadrick Crick took this report and he is one of the officer that came to my home harassing me, my telephones were turned off, they were bamming on my door and neighbors witnessed. Officers involved were Crick, Overstreet, Sherrard and Snow, (see journal on this website for more information regarding these officers). Note: it is July 9, 2010 and the time is 10:18 a.m. while typing this entry, I am being assaulted to the head via electromagnetic assaults.

6) 80-08-050747 - July 10, 2008
Received phone calls from an unknown number. The call said the number you have reached is not in service, and then said try your call again. The victim states as soon as she come into her home, the calls will start up over and over. Victim states if she tries to call, someone will tell her "You need to stop talking." Victim requested this report. For the record this is not exactly correct, I stated that my phone rings and when I answer it the call coming in is a recording and states, "The number you have reached is not in service, and then said try your call again." I also stated that as soon as I walk in my door my phone starts ringing and I get calls asking for people that I don't know or crazy calls (i.e. "This is Wilkerson Ass," etc.) This continues throughout the day. (see journal on this website regarding telephone services that I have had throughout the years). I have continuously had the same problems with Bell South, AT&T, Insight, MCI, Global, Cingular Cell Phone, Pay as you go Cell phones, Cricket Cell phone, and every telephone service.

7) 80-08-080769 - October 20, 2008
Report takan by Antoinette Johnson on October 20, 2008 at Human Relations Commission, she was called to take the report by Marsha Moorman (employee of Human Relations Commission) and the report stated the following: Victim stated that between September 21, 2007 - September 25, 2007 she applied for a copy of her Birth Certificate. Victim states that she received a copy of her Birth Certificate, and feels that the copy is a fraudulent copy. Victim states that she spoke with someone in Frankfort, and they stated to her that it takes 4 - 6 weeks to receive requested documents. Victim states that she received her copy within three (3) days of mailing off the request. Victim states that she suspects that the Local Police and FBI has something to do with her receiving the fraudulent copy of her Birth Certificate.
Victim attached copies with her report. The copies will be given to the Detectives. Supplement notes taken by Antoinette Johnson on October 29, 2008 about 1000 hrs. state Marsha Moorman called dispatch and left a message for Antoinette Johnson (1912) to giver her a call (502-595-5266). I returned Marsha Moorman's call and she asked me if I could come to her office (Human Relations Commission, located at 410 West Chestnut Street, 3rd Floor) to meet with Connie Marshall. Ms. Moorman stated that Connie Marshall had additional info. to add to her report (80-08-080769). Additional info. Connie Marshall added: paper work ad two cassette tapes. The additional info. will be given to the Detectives. Major Gibson was supposed to be taking care of this.

8) 80-08-035522 - May 18, 2009
Victim states that on Saturday May 16th, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. an unknown male subject called her from her niece's cell phone and stated, "Do you miss your grandchildren?" When Victim called the number back the male answered and stated, "Do you want to see them again?" Victim fears that someone is harassing her and trying to frighten and intimidate her using her niece's cell phone number which is supposed to be inactive.
May 2009 (end of May - not sure of exact date). Picked up the report taken by John Terrence Keeling and once again he has taken an incorect report. He states between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. someone called me, however I called my daughter. He states that I called back the number and does not mention the time, however someone called me back at exactly 11:04 a.m. I also stated that the caller sounded like an older white male. He states the calls were from my niece's telephone, however the calls were from my daughter's telephone. He states the phone was supposed to be inactive, however the phone was not inactive. When I finally did contact my daughter she had her telephone with her. For the record, this is the 2nd time John Terrence Keeling has taken a report incorrectly (see February 17, 2007 regarding identity theft in my journal on this website. Also, in that I Did Not mention anything about my niece, however I speak with her on my phone more often than I speak to my sister, my question is why would he state that I was talking with my niece, how does John Terrence Keeling come to that conclusion, when I never mentioned that I talk to my niece occassionally on the telephone. Wouldn't a logical choice be sister or daughter? A person would have to be listening to my conversations to know that I was talking with my niece occassionally on the telephone, as I talk to her more often than my sister because we are closer. Again, I did not mention my niece to him, I told him that the calls that were coming back from my daughters telephone.

9) 80-09-068575 - September 11, 2009
Report taken by Robin Oates (Telephone Reporting Unit) - Ms. Marshall called to report that her mail is being intercepted. She stated that she is running for Mayor and that she has spoken with Heather at the Kentucky Registry Board of Finance in Frankfort who has mailed her forms two times, and she is now having to have them fax them to Kinkos to get a copy. When mails stuff/certified mail, she many times does not get receipts back and has spoken and filed complaints with the Postal Service about this.
Outcome: There was No Investigation Note: I was attacked sometime between 6:00 p.m - 7:30 p.m., while working on this page on July 8, 2010. The attack was to my head and ears and my ears are still sore.
10) 80-10-013195 - February 24, 2010
Victim called to report that suspect undetermined at this time are assaulting her via electromagnetic means and have been doing so for many years. The assaults have escalated over the past three years. The latest one occurring via telephone between listed times on listed date. (see investigative narrative) . Note: the investigative narrative is what is written when you call into the telephone reporting unit at the LMPD.

Victim called to report that she is continuing to be electromagnetically assaulted and that her computer and fax service are being sabotaged, causing her to not be able to set up a Campaign Account. The Victim stated that she is now being assaulted with infrasound, which is high frequency noises, that are causing her physical pain (see investigative narrative) Note: the investigative narrative is what is written when you call into the telephone reporting unit at the LMPD.

12) 80-10-018212 - March 15, 2010
Victim states that she was hit with electromagnetic assault during two (2) separate occassions. Once at the Art Forum in Louisville, Ky on 03/10/2010 at around 1900 hrs. and also at Metro Democratice Club on 03/10/2010 at around 1940 hours. She thinks this time it was handheld. Note: the times and dates on this report may not be correct for both, because I attended two (2) separate debates and they were at different times at two different locations.

13) 80-10-020115 - March 22, 2010
Victim stated that she is receiving electromagnetic assault through her phone lines. Victim stated that while she was on the phone talking to Donna Crawford that the phone cut off. Victim stated that you can hear an echo on the phone. Victim stated that her television turned off and on and lights blink on a regular basis. Victim stated that drone cameras are outside her residence that are operated through via satellite.* Victim stated that the police are involved and knows what is being done to her. Victim stated that she could feel the electromagnetic assault happening to her on a low key while report is being taken. Note: this line is not exactly correct in its description of what I said.*

The Complainant stated this morning 03/23/2010 between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., she was the victim of an electromagnetic assault at her residence while on her computer. The complainant stated an aircraft flew over her home at that time. She stated she was shocked and partly paralyzed for a moment stopping her thought process. The complainant requested it be noted the police are involved

Complainant called to report that her vehicle has been sabotaged again since she had vehicle engine repaired. Complainant states she knows police sabotaged her vehicle, are following around, and she hears echo on phone and knows police listening. Complainant states she was not allowed to hold meetings at public library because of being a Mayoral Candidate and also not allowed to attend Metro Council Meetings because she is not on the list to attend. Note: This report was taken incorrectly, the wording is incorrect and is not what I stated.

Victim stated that a helicopter flew over very slow and scrambled her computer while she was working on her book. Victim stated that the police are behind all of this and they have reports. Victim also stated that she received a threat on her computer to back off. Victim stated that her life was threatened.

Victim stated that at 5:40 pm. a helicopter (regular or drone helicopter) went over her home again and scrambled her computer. Victim also states that a big knot came up on the left side of her face, near her left eye, and that it pops up when she yawns. Victim states she believes this knot is caused by the electromagnetic attacks. Victim is going to a doctor out of town to have this looked into.

The victim stated that this evening 3/31/2010 during a Mayoral Debate between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Clifton Center, her microphone kept being knocked out. She stated this was an electromagnetic assault on her. She also stated she was hit several times throughout the day, including hearing echoes on her home phone. Note: this wording is not exactly correct.

Victim stated that while on the phone speaking to a lady name Donna that every time she calls her there is an echo on the phone. Victim also stated that the phone call was cut off. Victim stated that when she called back that there was lots of static on the phone. Victim stated that she could hardly carry on a conversaton because of the echo on the phone.

Complainant states she was attacked electromagnetically while she was using her computer at her home. Complainant states she went outside and there wree three drones that have cameras mounted on them (not the helicopter kind) flying over her home during this time frame (drones look like stars). Complainant states she still has the bump on the side of her face caused by these electromagnetic attacks. Complainant states the police, FBI and Homeland Security are involved in these attacks. Complainant states the permission for these attacks do not come from Washington, DC but are rogue activities. Complainant states that she was hit by these electromagnetic waves while making this report.

For the past couple of days I have been attacky by electromagnetic frequencies. I was attacked by electromagnetic frequencies at 11:57 p.m. while calling Marsha Moorman at Human Relations Commission, tele. #574-4357. TV turned up and down by itself.

21) 80-10-029343 - April 23, 2010
Victim called to report that she and two (2) other individuals were electromagnetically assaulted at different intervals during the listed dates between listed times at various locations. The first instance happened to a visitor from another state (Leslie Crawford) who was "Hit" in the victims vehicle while waiting for another out-of-state individual at the airport, (Cassandra Lewis), who was later "Hit" herself in the victim's home. The victim was "Hit" while sitting in her car at the Southland Terrace Kroger, on Friday, April 16th at approx. 0730.
The most recent assault happened on April 22nd between 1200-1500 hours while she was sitting in the unemployment office. The victim has suspicions that it was an older, heavy set, white male that sat next to her causing the assaults, but can't be for certain. The victim said she was #73 at the unemployment office and the gentleman who sat next to her had to be near her number as well and could be viewd on video from the office, if needed..

Victim states that between the specified times, she and her two poodles were hit with an electromagnetic signal. Victim states she wore her shielding, so it didn't affect her, however her black boy poodle was shaking with eyes glazed over, when it happend. Victim states she saw a star/drone camera in the area when this all occurred and that it came from outside the home. Note: this report is incorrect, nothing really stops the attacks, however the shielding helps. The white female poodle is the poodle that was shaking with eyes glazed. I did tell her that there was a previous attack on the black male poodle (this was a couple of months earlier). When she says it came from outside of the home she is refering to the attack.

Victim stated that on 5/3, she was hit by an electromagnetic field and soon after, someone sent an email to her friend Cassandra, in Washington, from her email account stating tht she was in a foreign country and needed money. Victim states that the emails only started after she posted on her website, recorded conversations between her and city officials and FBI Agents. Victim states tht while she wa giving this report, she was being hit by an electromagnet field. Note: this is not what I stated, I stated this happened after posting on my website, "Conversations with Officials and Bluegrass Assaults." I also stated that I was being hit by electromagnetic frequencies. I did not say "field"

I did state that after making the report I suffered a mild seizure and jerking, however I did not state that that validated that someone local was doing this. I did state that the attacks are local.

Victim called to report at approximately 2206 hours, three drones were outside of her residence and that she suffered a mild electromagnetic assault at that time. Victim also stated that a friend from Lexington phoned her and told her that she received an email requesting money from the victim because she had lost her purse in Lexington. The victim did not send this email and is unsure where it originated from. Note: this is incorrect I stated that a friend in Louisville, Kentucky called me and stated that she received an email from me stating that I was in Lexington, Kentucky and that I had lost my purse and needed her to send me some money. I did not send that email to my friend..

Victim also wanted it noted that she is receiving Death Threats from an unknown suspect. She says the voice is familiar to her and appears to be male, but does not know who it is. She has received two threats via phone and one via computer since last night. The voice says "You need to stop talking" and "You are gonna end up dead." Victim refuses to have an office make the reportof her threats and insisted on it being included in her incident report. Note: this is not exactly correct, I stated that the voice was familiar and that it sounds like an older white male. This person has called and threatened me several times on the telephone.
Before supplement was submitted, at approximately 1125 hours the victim called to inform us that the electromagnetic assaults have been ruining her electircal appliances. Victim stated sometime between 2330 hours 5/8/2010 and 1030 hours 5/9/2010 that her washing machine ceased to work and was still filled with water. Victim believes that this is a direct result of the electomagnetic activity.
Note: Regarding paragraph one, I did tell the telephone reporting unit that I wanted them to take the report because I have been severely tormented by the Louisville Metro Police Dept. and have previously tried to get investigations done and no one would assist me and the reports were usually taken incorrectly. I stated that I would go to Division Two to make a report to Major Pitcock. However, when I contacted Major Pitcock, he stated that he had to speak with Chief White and Major Ray and that I would be meeting with all of them. At a later date, after not hearing from Major Pitcock at the Second Division of the Louisville Metro Police Department on Bohne Avenue, I telephoned him. At that time he told me that noone would be meeting with me and that they would not be doing an investigation.

Victim states she wanted noted in this report that the Metro Police are involved (participating) in the electromagnetic attacks.For the record I think I told her that my mouse cursor is also moved by someone else when I am offline.

Complainant states as she was pulling out of her driveway at 2:45 pm to go to her Press Conference, a police car (officer was a white female, dark brown hair) pulled up at the house across the street from her. Comp states she believes this was done to harass her as the person who lives across the street was not home at the time.For the record I think I told her that the police car pulled up quickly as I was backing out of my driveway to attend a press conference in which I also planned to discuss the police dept.. As I backed out, the police car pulled in front of the house across the street. The white female just sit there partially in the street blocking traffic behind her. I had to back out very carefully so that I would not back into her. When I left, she pulled off. I called and asked who she was and noone was dispatched to that address. Though I do not know who the officer was, I can state that she looked like Carey McClain.

Caller reports on today's date she was "Hit" while talking on her phone, at 0915. Caller stated she has been "Hit" seriously on yesterday. Caller states she has been "Hit" while talking on phone numbers beginning with (574). Caller stated Commonwealth of Kentucky is involved. Insight of KY, LLC is involved. and Metro Police involved and are key players. For the record I have ordered telephone service through Insight Communications on two occassions and had serious problems with the service. This service used to be of outstanding quality and it was a popular service. I think the person that had this service was out of state and his name was Dave Wilson or something like that. When I ordered my service the past two times I have had it, I have had nothing but very serious problems. I have even been turned off illegally by the service, though my bill was paid. When I contacted Kentucky Public Service Commission, I found out that though I ordered my service through Insight Communications, my phone service was being run through Insight Phone of Kentucky, LLC, I never heard of this company and did not contract business through them. Note: I am being attacked while working on this page on July 9, 2010. The attack is to my head and ears. The time is 11:47 a.m.

Victim states local police are blocking her from accessing her Email through her Webpage, justiceforallcitizens, with her service provider, Network Solutions. For the record, after I was blocked out of my Email Account carlenamarshall@yahoo.com I opened up two (2) new Email Accounts marshallconnie59@gmail.com and conniemarshall@justiceforallcitizens.com, I was blocked out of both new email accounts less than a week of setting them up, and one of them was with my webpage provider. In that mail is being intercepted, lines being placed illegally in my office, jobs destroyed, birth certificate changed, finding a statement in my bank account that states, "Problem with Kentucky Government, check paperwork from federal government before releasing information to anyone," and all of the other evidence, see pages on this website for additional evidence, it is not difficult for me to figure out who has targeted me and/or participated in creating the infrastructure for these crimes to take place against me. Danny Lawless, police officer stated that I am "Redlined," and every office in Kentucky states that they have been told not to assist me or either they will not assist (see officials denying assistance on this website).

Victim states that on listed dates/times unknown person trespassed on her property at listed location, and tampered with her LG&E while she was at work. Victim also states that later that evening on listed date she was awakened by projected sound noise and started getting extreme muscle spasms which interrupted her sleep. Victim stats that she feels that what she was experiencing was due to unknown person tampering with her LG&E. Victim added document to the report.
Note from Connie Marshall. This is not correct, I stated LG&E was on my property and I did not call them to be on my property and LG&E stated that they did not send them. After LG&E was on my property the same night of the same day that they were on my property, I experienced projected sound and extreme sleep deprivation and extreme muscles spasms. LG&E left a hanging tag on my door and there are also voice mail messages.

Re: Electrical appliances destroyed by frequencies. Louisville Gas and Electric (LG&E) left a telephone number on my voice mail for their Risk Management Dept. On August 21, 2007 I called 326-5100 and I did get the Risk Management Dept., but the next time I called I kept getting Angelina's Sports Bar and Grill on UPS Drive. The sixth time that I called I got Chip Sobel (he stated he owned Angelina's Sports Bar and Grill) and I told him that apparently my call had been rerouted to him. I also told him I was going to make this part of my journal. Chip said, "I know you, you used to do comedy at my brother's, Tom Sobel's, club." I told him "yes, I did, but now I am going through a lot of harassment so I have not had a chance to get back into the comedy." We hung up and after about ten (10) minutes police were bamming on my front door, windows, etc. A neighbor called out of concern and my phone was cut off. I tried to call out for help and could not call out. There were three (3) cars of them. They finally left and my phone was turned back on. Then they came back and I tried to call out and they turned my phone off again.
Officers in Complaint: the first time they came out: Crick -234 Adam, Overstreet - 236Adam and Sherrard - 236 Edward. The second time they came out: Crick - 234 Adam and Snow - 234 David. I also have recorded when I filed my complaint one of the police officers's stating, "Well what was he doing there," about one of the harassing officers. I am assuming the policemen he was speaking about was not even suppose to be at my house.
Evidence Submitted: I submitted two witnesses names. One of the witnesses stated that he was not asked anything about the harassing officers by Lietenant Hettick who did the investigation. The witness stated, "Connie, she didn't ask me anything about the police being at your door, she ask me if you had mental problems." Note: Defamation Slander is spreaded by the police while they are harassing, torturing and tormenting you to assure that noone will believe what you tell them and I have filed a lawsuit against them for this because I am also sure that these fraudulent claims hurt my campaign, as I was a candidate for mayor in Louisville, Kentucky.

Re: Officer Keeling taking a report that does not include everything that I stated, particularly the identity theft. A message received on my computer that stated, "Kill U" and another message that stated, "Hey lay Mr. Dickson." Continuous Harassing Communication, Money being extorted from my bank account through a web account that I did not set up, my birth certificate has been changed (my middle name has been changed on my birth certificate and my mothers maiden name has been changed and a forged signature). I also have witnesses to people calling me pretending to be relatives, insurance bills that I did not make, people using my telphone number for internet accounts, etc. Note: I am being severely attacked through electromagnetic assaults to my head and I have swelling by my left ear and pain in my neck. They have been assaulting me now for approximatly 45 minutes. It is July 12, 2010 and the time is 7:45 p.m. .

Evidence Submitted: 45 minute cassette tape with a typed and a handwritten narration page of identity theft, including someone in Portland, Oregon name Sandre Griewe using my telephone number for her internet number thorugh People PC. Someone stating that I am the mother or Josh Dunford. Someone calling staing that I am their cousin. Also my phone calls were being rerouted to the Knights of St. John's Apartments and when I contacted them they stated Connie worked there, but she was not in. My name in Connie and I have never worked there.

Re: Received a call from Chairayle Scott (a lady that has had problems with corruption). She stated that she tried to contact me three (3) times and keeps getting a man named Morris Scruggs. A frequency that I could not hear but could feel was coming through the telephone while I spoke with Chairayle. Chairayle and I were supposed to attend a meeting that night with the Judiciary Club, neither of us had ever been but were trying to get help with our torture and harassment. She wanted to tell me that she was not going. I contacted the Kentucky Utility Commission and could not get any assistance regarding this issue, in fact Susan Dunn (at the Kentucky Utililty Commission) refused to take a report. She also stated, "I couldn't call you back because you gave me the wrong area code." Susan stated that I gave her (270)774-4305. However, at the time, I did not even know where (270) is located. I gave her (502) 774-4305. I reported this to her and the other numerous problems with my telephones, fax machines, etc.and she refused to take this report at the Kentucky Utility Commission.
I called the Louisville Metro Police Dept.'s Telephone Reporting Unit and spoke with Robin Oates and she said that they could not take a report (at this point, I had tried on three occassions to get the Telephone Reporting Unit to take a report and they would not). I called Sheila at Chief White's Office and told her what Chairyle had stated about Morris Scruggs and Sheila stated, "Oh she is Disturbed." I stated, "No she is not disturbed, Angela is not disturbed, Elizabeth is not distturbed, Chairyle is not disturbed and I am not disturbed." I stated this because I was "fed up" with the police constantly trying to defame anyone (women) that told them about the atrocities that they were experiencing in Louisville, Kentucky. Sheila told me to call Professional Standards. I called and Higgs answered and when I told him what Sheila said, "He stated, "Oh, you know Chairyle?."

Evidence Submitted: Sgt. Wagner (Professional Standards) stated that he did not have all of the evidence that I gave to A. Johnson at Human Relations (see police report #80-08-080769 on this page). I had to get all the evidence together again and give it to Sgt. Wagner. It included a log that was approximately 130 pages, three tapes and three narration pages. (For the record, I hand-delivered them to him becuse I have given the Louisville Metro Police Dept. evidence dating back to 2006 when I gave a copy to Chief Robert White, and have not received any assistance and there has never been an investigtion.) I also submitted a spreadsheet to Sgt. Wagner that had all of the dates and times that I have submitted evidence to Professonal Standards and the content of the evidence and I have not received any assistance. Note: I am being severely attacked through electromagnetic assaults to my head and I have severe swelling by my head and severe pain. They have been assaulting me now for approximatly two (2) hours. It is July 12, 2010 and the time is 9:14 p.m. I also have a permanent long lump from my left eye to my ear from these severe electromagnetic attacks that will not disappear.

Re: My friend (who has also been victimized by the police) stated Danny Lawless ask her, "Is she all right upstairs," and pointed to his head, as he had taken her out of the car. He also stated to me and this friend, "Noone is going to assist me because I am "Redlined," Officer Laytham was standing with Danny Lawless and Officer Keeling was also present at my house when the officers stalked us. Officer Danny Lawless even stated in front of Officer Laytham that a warrant was on a judges desk waiting to be signed for my arrest. (Note: I do not commit crimes and I do not have a criminal history). When I went to Professional Standards to file this complaint they stated that Officer Laytham stated that Danny Lawless was not there and that he was in charge, however Danny Lawless took charge and Officer Laytham left. Dispatch did not have Officer Danny Lawless dispatched. Therefore I was being stalked by two Police Divisions. Division One (where Danny Lawless was the lead officer) and Division Two (where Laytham was the lead officer). Later, I called Divison One to find out more about Lawless because I did not have his full name, we only had the last name. Division One stated that he worked in Crimes Against Children. Someone else told me that he transferred to Crimes Against Children and gave me the approximate date. I later also realized that I had already received a list of officers at Division One from previous problems with the police stalking and harassing me and I noticed that Danny Lawless' name was on the list. To date, the Police Dept is still trying to say that Danny Lawless was not there. Pending is a complaint connected to this against Bybee and Smothers who are officers that take complaints at Professional Standards and they are trying to hide the fact that Danny Lawless was there. Note: Defamation Slander is spreaded by the police while they are harassing, torturing and tormenting you to assure that noone will believe what you tell them.

Re: LMPD having someone pull their car in my driveway, while they searched them on my property. The two black guys that they had pulled in my driveway I did not know. The police proceeded to search them in my driveway and search their car. The two police cars blocked my driveway and I ask them several times to have the guys car back out of my driveway and they refused. They were 234 Adam and 234 David. There were four white (4) policemen at my house, however I was told only two were dispatched and not given any other names. For the record my street is not the type of street that has people being stopped, searched, etc. "This whole incident appeared to be Staged"

and the Louisville Metro Police Dept has their own separate corrupt police force operating inside the LMPD

For the record, there are many other attacks, also someone is trying to access my personal information in my Pay Pal Account by impersonating Pay Pal in Emails and requesting that I need to send personal information to them. Pay Pal stated that they did not send me these Emails. However I was told by the Telephone Reporting Unit of the Louisville Metro Police Dept. that they were not taking any more reports because they are part of the police dept. They told me that they were told to refer me to the 2nd Division. When I called the 2nd Division, I was told by Major Pitcock that they would not be taking any reports.
