Threatening call on 6/17/2016 after being stalked between 12:45 p.m - 1:30 p.m. by a white Taurus (License # 767-TGE). I reported the stalker to FBI at the 502-240-5944 number when I arrived home from my appointment (the first person I spoke with hung up on me, but I called back and the second person at the FBI was pleasant & took my call). My phone rang and it came from an unknown caller and I did not answer, however later that day I checked my messages and the caller left a message stating, "Kill, Kill, Kill, I'll cut you fucking head off bitch." The demonic sounding voice at the end says, "I'm going to kill you and your family." They also mention my dogs in the backyard, which no one can see except someone using a drone, UAV or Satellite. All of these calls are coming from persons affiliated with the Louisville Metro Police Dept, as they have used this same verbiage and demonic sounding voice previously.

The following Hate Call was made to my home phone at 6:28 p.m. and at 6:32 p.m. "Stupid Nigger. My Evidence shows that I am a Stupid Nigger." The call stated it was from (509) 550-7838. MANIPULATED HARASSMENT CALL 2014 Someone named Lyndon called from Walmart on Poplar Level Road & stated he was trying to contact Connie or Elizabeth. There is no Elizabeth at my home. (Elizabeth Fields is the Prosecutor on my case) Elizabeth does not live with me. Lyndon's tele number was 502-636-4356
REROUTED INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS 2014 A friend called me and a man answered my telephone. There was no man living with me. This is not the first time this has happened. My calls have also been screened by these people and people are told that I am not at home.
MANIPULATED HARASSMENT CALL 2014 Jennifer Clark from Walmart called and stated that she was calling for Elizabeth (Elizabeth Fields is the Prosecutor on my case) There is no Elizabeth living with me. The telephone number left by Jennifer Clark was 635-4356.
MANIPULATED HARASSMENT CALL March 3, 2014 @ 1:32 p.m. Matt Jorgeson stated he was a Sales Rep for Louisville Ladder and that either me or Elizabeth ordered a ladder. I did not order a ladder.
MANIPULATED HARASSMENT CALL March 3, 2013 @ 12:17 p.m. Chris from Actor's Theatre called and stated that Elizabeth Fields ordered $100 ticket. She stated that she had my telephone number as the contact number.
MANIPULATED HARASSMENT CALL January or February 2014 Man named David from Mega Man named David from Mega called and stated Sean Delahanty called him from my telephone number & placed an order for Enterprise Software. The man named David left telephone number 508-536-4123 as his telephone number.
MANIPULATED HARASSMENT CALL 2014 Someone calling me accusing me of Check or Bank Fraud. Due to being targeted by these criminals I do not have a Bank Account, therefore there is no way I could have committed the above listed crime. Tele Number left on Voice Mail was (202) 803-5785

This call was a staged call, in that the Commonwealth of Kentucky was aware that my grandchildren were taken Illegally by the state of Kentucky, for federal funding, and I had been fighting for them for years when this call was received. This call was made for evil purposes. I know what my grandchildren look like, sound like, etc.

This has been my telephone number for over two (2) years. For the record, when I went to Circuit City in Louisville and they put my telephone number in, it pulled up Janet Heyman. This church is in town less than five (5) minutes away from my home and when I got Janet Heyman and Phillip Heyman's addresses from Circuit City, and Circuit City had two separate addresses for them they were also, not more than 5 - 7 minutes from my home.

AOL (AMERICAN ON LINE) PROBLEMS MY NUMBER (502) 774-4305 I tried to log off of AOL (American On Line) as I had logged out three (3) minutes ago. AOL kept running for seven (7) minutes I think I had to unplug the computer & tele line to stop it. You can hear a squeak from time to time on this tape (like a transmitting noise) Listen carefully. TELEPHONE PROBLEMS No matter where I lived and no matter what service provider I would use, on numerous occassions I would have static, echoes, rerouted number, etc. Though I had no criminal record and had not committed any crimes.
AT&T PROBLEMS OFFICE TELEPHONES 2007 (502) 449-3912 & (502) 449-7073 I had two office telephones, one was for Justice for All Citizens and the other one was for Party Grams I had numerous problems with both lines and eventually had to close my office. I would get numerous calls from AT&T continuously changing the Justice for All Citizens telephone number before the installation date and then installing it 2 (two) weeks after Party Grams was already installed. Eventually I would receive a voice mail message from an AT&T Rep on my home phone, after 4 months telling me the Justice for All Citizens line is not my line, though they put in the line and I have been paying them for four (4) months.

But who is T. Spears? AT&T also states that he does not work for them. However T. Spears keeps making changes to my telephone line. TELEPHONE PROBLEMS RECORDING DEVICE GETS STUCK Whatever is being used to tape my calls malfunctioned and the tape was stuck. My adult son called me and he calls me, "MaMa," but the voice mail message kept saying over and over, "Ma," "Ma," "Ma," "Ma," "Ma," Ma."
KNIGHTS OF ST. JOHN'S APT. MY TELE FROM 2004 AND 2005 ARE STILL CONNECTED IN 2007 AND RINGING TO A FAX MACHINE IN THEIR OFFICE. THEY ALSO HAVE A CONNIE WORKING THERE TELEPHONE CARRIER - BELL SOUTH In 2007 I went to a temp service to apply for work and when they put me in the computer it pulled up my old number 449-7004 and gave a new number of 772-9231 and it was ringing into a fax machine at Knights of St. John's Apt. which is down the street from me off of 22nd, I live on 23rd. These 2004 and 2005 numbers were still connected as my numbers. When I called the 772-9231 number it was Knights of St. John's Apt.s and she stated they also had a "Connie" working there and she was not in right now. This Apartment Complex, Knights of St. Johns Apt.s is less than two (2) minutes away from my home.
WRONG NUMBER CRAIG GOODMAN DOES NOT LIVE HERE MY TELE # IS (502) 774-4305 Dr. Bianca's Office has been calling my number for Craig Goodman. Craig Goodman does not live at my address. The lady stated he gave my telephone number at a Health Fair at St. Stephen's Baptist Church, which happens to also be the church that I attend.

BELL SOUTH IS MY TELE. CARRIER MAY OR APRIL 2005 I sent a certified letter to Bell South to Bernie Ubben, Security and received voice mail messages from Bernie Ubben and Joan Duncan, External Affairs refusing to acknowledge the problems with my service and refusing to assist me.
911 OPERATOR NAPIER RE: SOMEONE JUST POPPING UP ON MY PROPERTY AND DAMAGING MY TELEPHONE SERVICE SEPTEMBER 20, 2008 @ 8:00 a.m. Someone popped up on my property from AT&T - License #145673 and did something to my phone line on the side of my home and my phone service is not working. I called 911.

These are messages from the Yellow Cab Company I received a call stating that a cab was waiting for me in front of my home, however I did not call for a cab, because I have a car. I looked out and of course, there was no cab in front of my house I contacted Yellow Cab Company and left a message for the Owner and/or Manager, Pete Rosen and he called me back and stated that they had a call for a cab on Garland Avenue and it showed my telephone number (502) 774-4305 as the telephone at the address.
