Brief Synopis of the Car Accident
On June 9, 2012 at approximately 3:00 p.m. I was turning right off of Bernheim onto 7th Street. After I made my full turn and slowed down to turn at the 1st street that I came to, a car ran into the back of my car and knocked my car down the street. The car hit my car straight in the back. The guy got out of his car and started saying it's your fault and I told him it was not because he hit me from behind. I called 911 and they said move the cars out of the street, but I told her that I was not going to do that and both of us did not move our cars. I called 911 back approximately two more times because it was taking the police a long time to come and I saw one police car come at about 3:30 p.m. and slow down and look and keep going. I noticed the guy that hit me went over to the Grocery Store and start asking people questions and ended up by a White SUV. The guy in the white SUV and the guy that hit me started walking over to me saying it was my fault and I told them it was not, as he hit me from behind.
When the Louisville Metro Police finally showed up at about 4:00 p.m. there were three (3) police officers, one black, two white. I ask the police for the guy's insurance company and his name and I was refused this information and they stated it would be on the report. The police took my insurance card and my drivers license. Due to the ongoing problems that I have had with the Louisville Metro Police Dept. and the way I have been treated by them, I took pictures with my camera phone because I felt this accident was not being handled correctly. The police then told me that I could leave and did not give me any of the other guy's information including his name. I called a friend on my phone and she stated, "You better get that information." I went back to the police and ask for the guy's name while I had the friend on the phone and I stated, "They want to know who he is," I was then told by the guy that his name was "Joe Kelley" I walked away and then went back and ask again for the insurance company of the guy and the police yelled out to him, "What is the name of your insurance company?" Note: the police should have already known this, they took my Insurance card and license to look at for the report, didn't they take his? The guy stated, "Foremost Insurance Company." The police ask me what occurred and I told them and the placement of the cars should have verified what I stated occurred. However, when I picked up the police report it states nothing about what I told them and states that I hit the guy from the side, which is not true.

SENT LETTER STATING THAT
"THEY DID NOT FEEL THAT I CAUSED THE ACCIDENT"
BUT THE POLICE STATED THAT I DID THOUGH
"THE GUY RAN INTO THE BACK OF MY CAR"
I COULD NOT GET MY CAR REPAIRED
BECAUSE OF THE LIES ON THE POLICE REPORT
I DID NOT HAVE COLLISION INSURANCE
(these lies also are because the police have targeted me)

On Wednesday, June 13, 2012 I went to pick up the Police Report
and noticed that it was Incorrect and stated nothing regarding what I told the Police Occurred,
which is also indicative of how the cars ended up after the accident.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. I went to file a complaint against Officer Dudley regarding the report, as I have had an ongoing problem with police taking reports incorrectly.

Approximately June 14, 2012 my car was scratched
and I called the Chief's Office numerous times every day after that and left messages
requesting to come down there to file a vandalism report, but no one would return my calls.
On June 19, 2012 after just driving to the Chief's office downtown on 6th and Jefferson
(633 West Jefferson St, Louisville, Ky) I spoke with Antoinette Johnson.
Antoinette stated that even though I told her my car was vandalized all that
she was going to put in the report is that I went outside and my car was scratched.
I told her I needed the correct information and ask for her Supervisor.
I did not get to speak with her Supervisor, but Officer Mantle came
and stated that they would put in the report what I had stated.
The word document is the card with the report number on it,
I have yet to see what is going to be in the report
because it will not be ready for about five days.
