24th Death Threat
This Death Threat was sent on Dec. 15, 2015, however
I did not discover it in my Justice for all Citizens email,
as I had not checked, until December 22, 2015.
December 15, 2015 is the same day that I went to court
to try to get an Order Rescinded. Also the Perps mention
the death of my friend Ms. Elliott, as I have never
mentioned her death on my website or anywhere else -
though she has been deceased over 2 years, how would
they know of her death. They also speak of giving her a pill
that caused her death. This would be Murder.
When Ms. Elliott was alive, she also filed complaints
regarding being treated unfairly by the
Louisville Metro Police Dept.

Approximately 22nd Death Threat
In this Death Threat they again tell me to
stay off of Metro Council. They again take credit
for the man that tried to break in my home as being
one of their agents. I am also warned that I better
take the agents picture down. Note: I have a $200
reward poster circulated and he is on You Tube and
on my website, etc.
Also, I was speaking to a friend on my telephone
about the slavery days and how some black mens
penis's were cut off and put in their mouths and they
were hung. In this Death Threat Email they state,
"cut your clit off and stick it in your mouth." This
lets me know that they listen to my telephone calls.
Once again they admit that they are the LMPD.
LMPD is the acronym for the Louisville Metro Police,
and I have been terrorized by them for several years.

In this Death Threat they are telling me that the
man that tried to break into my home was sent by
them and is one of their agents (he also looks like
an agent). I spoke on Metro Council which is a town
meeting and they are warning me not to speak on
Metro Council again. They are also telling me that
I have a birthday coming up, which I did. They also
threaten to rape me with a toilet plunger and ironically
a couple of days before I received this email I was
having a problem with my toilet and was plunging the
toilet which lets me know that they watch me in my home.

10th Death Threat Sent using Identity of
Professor Andrew Klapper
The verbiage is the same as all of the other Death Threats received
from LMPD. It appears the perps are trying to make me accuse Prof.
Klapper to get the focus off of themselves. It is the content, not
just the email address that is my proof that the Death Threats are
coming from the Louisville Metro Police Dept. I have also received
calls, been stalked, stomped, taken pics & videos of LMPD tormenting
me, etc. All of this you will find on my website. The email from Prof.
Klapper was sent from klapper@gmail.com, but when you open
his attached Curriculum Vitae, the email address at the top of this
document is klapper@cs.uky.edu & if you go to the webpage
http://www.cs.uky.edu/people/faculty/aklapper you will find
that the perps copied Prof Klappers Curriculum Vitae from that page
The Perps also state in the Death Threat Email which they
manipulated from Prof. Andrew Klapper that they are not afraid
of me filing yet another one of my nonsense complaints against
them, however I have Never filed a complaint against Prof.
Klapper and he was unknown to me until I received this email.
However, I have filed complaints against the Louisville Metro Police
Dept. This statement is more proof that the Death Threats are coming from
them.The perps refer to me as a "Public Menace" & when I was stomped by
LMPD in June 2012 one of the harassing calls that I received from
them (502) 574-7111 stated, "Get you off the streets you're a Menace"
You will find that audio on my homepage, listen carefully. I did not
transcribe that entire sentence because I was not 100% sure that
the word was menace, but that is what it sounds like. In this Death
Threat the perps use torturous & bazaar verbiage re: killing
me (i.e., "Throw you into a shreadder feet first & silenced").
He also calls me bitches, states he wished someone would kill me &
also states that he should kill me himself. This verbiage is very
similar to the 15 death threats I have received from the Louisville Metro
Police Dept. They also state in the email that I am an embarassment to
this community & if Mr. Klapper does not live in this community
that would also be more evidence in my favor pointing
to the Louisville Metro Police Dept.

8th Death Threat received from LMPD or their Associates
This was sent to both of my Google Accounts and Justice Email Account
In this email they state my other daughter's name which I have
never mentioned on the internet. They also mention Professional
Standards which is one of the offices in which police are reported
in Louisville, KY. Also, on the morning of April 30, 2014, Daniel Cobble
(a friend) called me and stated he would be over to take some pictures
of me for a flyer that he was creating regarding my targeting. When he came
by he stated, "Why did you get dressed up for the picture," as he wanted
more natural footage and I stated that I was not going to take a picture
looking bad. The email from the perps appeared in my email accounts
at 1:30 p.m, please note in the email the perp talks about pictures of me.
This means that they are listening on my phone
and/or watching me in my home.

7th Death Threat received from LMPD or their Associates
This was sent to my Google and Justice Email Account
In this emailed Death Threat they talk about wanting me to get
a shot in my arm and taken to Central State Hospital,
just like my grandson. For the record my grandson
has no mental problems, but has been targeted and the police
did take him to Central State Hospital and he told me that he
received a shot in his arm when they took him to U of L Hospital
before they transported him to Central State Hospital.
Only the police would know this.
Brandon Hogan is the police officer that was involved
in the incident in which I was stomped by the police
on June 26, 2012 and his name is used on the email.
Note: I am not implying that he sent the email,
however someone with the police or their associates sent it.

On Feb. 11, 2014 Daniel Cobble contacted me
and told me that he received a death threat email re: me
They are calling me Nigger trash, bitch, etc.
As I had not checked my email, I realized a
couple of days later that the perps sent the same email
to my Google and Justice Account on Feb. 10, 2014
This email to Daniel Cobble is suspect because
I did not use his new google email address very much,
I used his people account email. Further only someone
monitoring my emails would know that I even correspond
with Daniel Cobble. Also his email address has a number
in it. Also, when Daniel assisted me with paperwork
on the phone last year and I filed it, as soon as I walked
back in my home harassing calls started and one pretended
to be Daniel and stated, "Did you get those papers filed?"

In this email they added P.S. and stated that they hope it is
traced because they sent if from my internet connection and
then they called me a "Stupid Nigger."
They also state that they are in my computer and they
have a pen register on my telephone. They also talk about
how they are going to make me bleed and how they are
going to beat me. I am also called a Cunt and a Bitch.
They also state that this is their town.

3rd Email Death Threat from LMPD or their Associates
This was sent to my Google and Justice Email Account
I am told to take a Guilty Plea or take the Mental Label or
watch my daughter. I am told that they may put marijuana and
heroin in my house & break the door down. I am told to get
out of town, called Niggers, Bitches, etc. I am told that they
make niggers into felons so they can't vote and my days of
running for office are over. They also state that they hope
the emails are traced because it will make me look like I am
*manufacturing evidence.* I am also told that my days
of protesting them is over. Note: I have protested the police
in my town, approx. 2 years ago in front of the police station,
however no strange person would know this, therefore this
is definitely coming from the police or their associates.
Also they used the phrase *manufactured evidence.*
Legal Term is Fabricated. A manufactured unsigned
faxed defamatory letter was placed in my case, which
you will see below on this page. Note: It is very
interesting that THEY TALK ABOUT MAKING
ME LOOK AS IF I MANUFACTURED EVIDENCE,
WHEN SOMEONE ACTUALLY DID IN MY COURT CASE.

2nd Email Death Threat from LMPD or their Associates
It was sent to my Google & Justice Email Account.
I was on my computer & someone was intercepting it.
Earlier today I called family members & left msg. re: helping
with house taxes & someone was on my tele. monitoring my call.
The Email from the perps talks about my house. They also kept
freezing my computer. When I went into my
justiceforallcitizens.com email, this email popped up in my
email account at 5:11 p.m. I was called Niggers, A Cunt,
Slaves, and told to just kill myself before they had to
do it for me. I was also told that I was on the Federal
Government Target List and that They are the Real
Government. They also stated that they put me in NCIC.

Louisville Metro Police Department threaten my life &
my daughters life & state that I am a Slave,

They also state that they can't wait for the
orders to come down to Kill me. Note:
They have referred to themselves as
"Louisville's Finest." This is sometimes
used in Louisville, KY when ref. to the
LMPD. They also used my daughters name,
which I had never used on the internet until I

I was not allowed to subpoena my neighbors
to come to court to testify in my case, as I know
that they did not fax the letter placed in my file,
because it had the County Attorneys fax number
on it, and anytime you send a fax it has the
number of the person that sent the fax on it.
On February 12, 2014 I mailed a Notarized
Cover Letter and a copy of the defamatory
fraudulent unsigned letter placed in my file
to all of my neighbors.
