Note: It is June 23, 2010 at 5:43 a.m., I am being attacked by electromagnetic frequencies to my brain and head while I am typing this entry, my body is also overheating and I am perspiring profusely, as if water has been thrown on me. They have been attacking me since they woke me up at 3:00 a.m. this morning. I am up typing because they also have the ability to disrupt sleep and wake you up at a certain time, usually 3:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m. You also see the low flying satellites and/or drone cameras in the sky during this time. They can also intercept and control dreams.

PEOPLE NATIONWIDE WERE ATTENDING THIS MEETING IN LOUISVILLE, KY., INCLUDING DERRICK ROBINSON - FREEDOM FROM COVERT HARASSMENT AND SURVEILLANCE, MISSOURI STATE SENATOR-JIM GUEST, MICHAEL LAURIA- AIRLINE PILOT, VICTIMS FROM SEVERAL STATES, AND MANY OTHER DISTINGUISHED GUEST. THIS MEETING WAS REGARDING ELECTROMAGNETIC ASSAULTS, GANG STALKING, MIND CONTROL AND V2K AND IS A SUBJECT THAT THE LOCAL MEDIA DID REPORT ON IN A NEGATIVE LIGHT REGARDING MY CAMPAIGN, AS I INTRODUCED MYSELF AT THE DEBATES AND FORUMS AS ALSO BEING A VICTIM OF THIS CRIME. THE MEDIA EVEN PUT SEVERAL STORIES ON THE INTERNET. HOWEVER, WHEN THE MEDIA RECEIEVED SEVERAL NOTIFICATIONS OF THE NATIONWIDE MEETING BEING HELD LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY, WHICH WOULD HAVE VALIDATED THAT THESE CRIMES WERE BEING COMMITTED, THEY DID NOT ATTEND THE MEETING AND THERE WAS NO COVERAGE FROM THE LOCAL TV STATIONS OR THE NEWSPAPER. THERE WERE NO BIG STORIES ON THAT DAY THAT WOULD HAVE KEPT THE MEDIA FROM ATTENDING, AS I WATCHED EACH STATION THAT EVENING AND RECORDED THEIR NEWS STORIES.

I. THE LOCAL TELEVISION STATIONS
Note: First, just a little information regarding the process for registering to run for the office of Mayor in Louisville, Kentucky, so that you will understand the reason, I know, my mayoral campaign was being sabotaged from the beginning:
(Registering with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance is considered an official early notification that you have decided to run for mayor and this registration allows you to officially and legally start raising money for your campaign. I was one of the first to register with them in August 2009 and all candidates did not register with them.
The beginning date to be allowed to officially register with the "Kentucky Board of Elections" and pay your fee was November 4, 2009 and the deadline to register with the "Kentucky Board of Elections" and pay your fee to the "Board of Elections" was January 26, 2010).
I am a black woman that mailed a "Letter of Intent" to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance on August 5, 2009. I received my 2010 Primary Election Filer No. "207369" in the mail from the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance on approximately August 7, 2009. I contacted the local television stations to tell them that I was running for Mayor and was told to bring a copy of the Registry Letter to the stations. Some of them gave me specific contacts and others stated to address the information to the Assignment Desk and I addressed each hand-delivered envelope as follows:
1) WAVE/Christi Shank, Assignment Manager / (1725 South Floyd) 585-2201
2) WLKY / Assignment Manager / (1918 Mellwood) 893-3631
3) WHAS / Steve Duncan / (520 West Chestnut) 582-7711
4) WDRB/ Kerry McGee / 7th Muhammad Ali) 584-6441
On Friday, August 14, 2009 around 5:00 p.m., my granddaughter and I HAND-DELIVERED a copy of my registry Letter and a letter stating my platform to the aforementioned television stations, to assure that I would be included when the news media discussed candidates running for the Mayor's Office.
I was still NOT being included as I watched the the following local television stations discussng the candidates running for Mayor in Louisville Kentucky:
A) WDRB - Date 8/19/08 - Time beetween 7:45 and 8:15 p.m.
This broadcast stated David Tandy and someone else was running for Mayor. One of the reporters asked, "Do you know of any other Democrats running and the other reporter stated, "No."
A) I called and spoke with the General Manager and he begin to question me, and he also asked me if I knew who the Democratic party had selected - or something of that nature - I told him that they do not get involved until after the primaries and a democrat candidate is selected by the people.
B) WHAS - Date 8/25/09 - Time 11:18 p.m.
This broadcast mentioned two men running for Mayor and stated that you could go to their website to get the complete list at Whas.com and click on Blog and then click Political.
B) I went to their website and found several white men and one black man, and a mention of a man that was thinking about running. There was NO MENTION OF MY CANDIDACY. I called and left a message for them to contact me.
C) WDRB - Date 8/26/08 - sometime around 7:42 a.m.
This broadcast mentioned that Rick Redding was considering being a candidate.
C) I called and spoke with the Cara Sabin and before I could say anything she begin to state that she did not want to argue with me and was very condescending in her conversation, so I hung up.
After experiencing all of the above, I mailed a notarized letter on August 26, 2009 to the Kentucky Democratic Party Headquarters and sent copies to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance, Trey Grayson-Kentucky Secretary of State, Eric Holder-Department of Justice, and President Barack Obama. I received a response from the Kentucky Registry Board of Finance and they cc: copies to Christi Shank-WAVE, Assignment Manager-WLKY, Steve Duncan-WHAS, and Kerry Mcgee-WDRB.
Note: The Letter from Emily Dennis, General Counsel stated that Kentucky Registry of Election Finance only handle campaign finance violations, however, the Letter referred me to the FCC's (Federal Communication Commission) Political Division (for the record during the time I tried to contact them my calls were blocked, as usual, by corrupt officials in Kentucky, therefore the calls would not go through, but I will try again).
As far as I am concerned, WAVE and WDRB corrected the problem after that, however on January 6, 2010 the following, again, took place regarding WHAS and WLKY.
1. Comment from me, Connie Marshall, please note that I do not know Heather French Henry and do not have any problems with Mrs. Henry, however in 2009, one of the TV Stations stated that Heather French Henry (white female) was a possible candidate for mayor. Mrs. Henry had not registered with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance. My point is that I was registered, but not mentioned.
2. Comment from me, Connie Marshall, before you read the following, please note that Shannon White (white female) and I do not have any problems. She is a very nice lady and we got along very well during the mayoral campaign. I am not upset with Shannon.
A) WHAS - Date 1/6/10 - Time 5:41 p.m.
I was watching WHAS - Channel 11 and they gave the name and showed a white female (Shannon White), newly in the race for Mayor. A comment was made that KENTUCKY HAS A WOMAN running for mayor. After they interviewed the white female (Shannon White), they showed the list of all of the male candidates minus my name. I immediatley called the station and I was transferred to Steve Duncan.
I asked Steve Duncan why my name was not included and he stated, "How do I know I am talking to you." I stated, "My name and number is in you telephone." Steve Duncan then stated that he did not know that I was running and I told him that my granddaughter - who is an adult - and I hand-delivered the information to him when I first announced my campaign. I asked him to correct the problem, as I had already received a call from someone watching WHAS that ask me if I was still running. I told Steve Duncan that the fact that I was not mentioned is hurting my campaign, and that this is not the first time that they have done this. He then insisted that he was not going to correct the problem and that he did not know that I was running. I pointed out to him that the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance also sent him a copy of a letter. Steve Duncan refused to correct the problem and I told him that I would file a complaint.
B) WLKY - Date 1/6/10 - Time 6:16 p.m
I turned my television station to WLKY and they gave the name and showed a white female (Shannon White) newly in the race for Mayor, after which they showed the list of all of the male candidates minus my name. I immediately called the station and no one answered.
January 7, 2010, I file Case #3:10-CV-11-H in Federal Court against Steve Duncan,
Whas-Channel 11 and Wlky-Channel 32
After filing this complaint. I think Wlky begin to be more inclusive.
(For the Record, there was another black woman that registered to run for mayor, however she stated to me that she did not register until the week of the deadline, which was January 26, 2010).

II. CAMPAIGN MAIL INTERCEPTED AND EMAILS INTERCEPTED
1) I was awaiting my confirmation for receipt of my "Letter of Intent" from Heather Jennings, Administrative Specialist, Kentucky Registry of Election Finance. I contacted Heather by telephone and she stated that she mailed it on August 8, 2009, however I had not received it. Due to the fact that I did not receive this mailed copy, Heather faxed it to Kinkos Copy and Fax Office (502) 368-9775 on September 11, 2009 and I picked it up there.

I Did Not receive notification and did not know about this forum
Held: Thursday, January 21, 2010 at the Louisville Marriott, Downtown, for All candidates scheduled to run for Louisville mayor.
Article printed on Monday, January 11, 2010 by Business First of Louisville states, "Candidates who have agreed to attend the forum are Democrats Tyler Allen, Greg Fischer, Jim King, David Tandy and Shannon White, and Republicans Hal Heiner and Chris Thieneman. Offers have also been extended to Democrat Connie Marshall and Independents: Nimbus Couzin and Jackie Green, according to news release."
(Due to the fact that I used to have a Real Estate License, this would have also been a good forum for me)

Held: Monday, April 12, 2010 @ Refuge in Kentucky Church, 600 East Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky
(this would have been a very good forum for picking up votes because there were many disadvantaged people in this area and my campaign advocated for fair treatment of disadavantaged people, small businesses, ending corruption and neighborhood development).
Manual High School
I Did Not receive notification and did not know about this forum
(Note: I am looking for my notes regarding this one. I do know that I did not find out about it until approx. the day before, through the 'grapevine'. I called the school to find out about this debate and spoke with the man that was over it. He stated that they did not know how to contact me. I stated, they could have contacted the Kentucky Board of Elections, the Democratic Party, etc. Plus, my contact information was online. Though, he then told me that I could come, I decided that I would not go, as his reasons for not contacting me confirmed that I was not supposed to be invited).
Americana Community Center
There was a mayoral forum held at the Americana Community Center located at 4801 Southside Drive - Telephone Number (502) 366-7813. I Did Not know about this forum until it was over and did not receive an invitation (this would have been a very good forum for picking up votes because there were many disadvantaged people in this area and my campaign advocated for fair treatment of disadavantaged people, small businesses, ending corruption and neighborhood development).
The Louisville Metro Council
The Forum was held at the Southwest Government Center, 7219 Dixie Highway on April 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. I Did Not receive the emailed questions to be asked at this forum, and therefore did not attend. (Note: It is June 30, 2010 @ 10:06 a.m., as I typed this entry I was assaulted via electromagnetic shock to my brain and, mind which caused a brain spasm and induced jerking of the limbs. They have done this to me several times over the years and I know this could eventually cause a brain anuerysm).

IV. ELECTROMAGNETIC ATTACKS AT APPROXIMATELY THREE DEBATES
Note: These reports were taken over the telephone, by the telephone reporting unit of the LMPD (Louisville Metro Police Dept.). The reason for this is due to the fact that I have been targeted, tormented, and stalked by the Louisville Metro Police Dept. Reports by the LMPD have been contiuously taken incorrectly. Danny Lawless of the LMPD has stated that I am Redlined. They have also committed defamation, and for seven (7) years refused to do an investigation. Therefore, I do not want them in my home. (see some of the evidence involving the police on this website on the page entitled, "Officials Denying Assistance" and also see the "Table of Contents" and "Journal" on this website regarding the LMPD) etc.
1) Police Report Number: 80-10-022937
The victim stated this evening 3/31/2010 during a mayoral debate between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Clifton Center, her microphone kept being knocked out. She stated this was an Electromagnetic Assault on her. She also stated she was hit several times throughout the day, includeing hearing echoes on her home phone.
2) Police Report Number: 80-10-018212
The victim states that she was hit with Electromagnetic Assaults during two (2) separate occassions. Once at an Art Forum in Louisville, Ky on 03/10/2010 at around 1900 hours, and also at Metro Democratic Club on 03/10/2010 at 19:40. She thinks this time it was handheld. (note from me, Connie Marshall, not sure if they reported the time correctly on these, because these were two different mayoral forums)
3) Police Report Number: 80-10-034109
At approximately 1006 hours 5/10/2010 victim called to report that her Gmail account is being blocked from sending out information to the media about recent threat being made to her. She again states that this is being done by government officials to interfere with her mayoral campaign. The time frame for this interference is between 0950 hours - 1006 hours.
4) Police Report Number: 80-10-034673
Comp states as she was pulling out of her driveway at 2:45 p.m. to go to her Press Conference, a police car (Officer was a white female, dark brown hair) pulled up at the house across the street from her. Comp states she believes this was done to harass her as the person who lives across the street was not home at the time. (Note: I stated as I was backing out of my driveway, this police person, whom I did describe, pulled in front of the house directly across the street and she blocked traffic, as a car was behind her. She sat there to make it difficult for me to back out. I was on my way to a press conference in which I also planned to talk about the police harassment, I backed out carefully and drove in the opposite direction of the direction her car was facing). Also as I prepared for the press conference and made telephone calls there was an echo on my telephone, therefore I knew someone else was listening.
