Louisville Metro PoliceHarassment (description of slideshow) Louisville Metro Police Bamming on my door - Audio 1 - Date 3/31/08. L.M.P.D. lying & stating they have a warrant and that I have to leave my house sometime. Listen carefully on the audio meter between 3:23 - 3:28 & you will hear the police say, "You have to leave your house sometime". - Audio 2 - Date 2008. Police Officer John Terrence Keeling is parked at the corner of my street & this is not his beat (when this happens my tele. is intercepted, etc.) - Audio 3 - Date 7/28/12 @ 3:15 p.m. Note: The pictures show the numerous times the police have come to my home to harass me. The black railing in some of the pics is my front porch railing, you also see my driveway, police on my porch looking through my storm door, and the corner of my street. I did not call the police. These are only a few of the many times that they have tormented & harassed me, for no reason. Note: Listen to the 911 operator on audio number 2, some of the 911 operators in my town are also involved in the harassment. I do fear for my life. Dates of some of the pics & audios: 10/8/12, 8/30/12, 7/28/12, 6/2/12, 5/13/12, 4/27/12, 3/31/08 and 7/3/07.

June 2, 2013 - Harassment - I did not call for Police, Fire or an Ambulance
Police, Ambulance and Fire Department showed up at my home I did not call for them. I was getting ready for church, had just stepped out of the bathtub and had my robe on. Though I kept telling them to leave they stayed on my property for approximately 30 minutes. The female was confrontational when I told them to leave my property and she started coming toward me and she stated, "Well you told us to come and we are waiting on back up." It appeared as if they were going to drag me out of my house. I was assaulted by a frequency device to my right leg while they were on my porch.

I have been harassed on numerous occassions by the Fire Dept. I have onlycalled the Fire Dept to come to my home on approximately 2 (two) or 3 (three) occassions, however they have continously shown up at my home. with about 3 (three) Fire Trucks, police etc. They state that I have called them, however I did not call.

NOVEMBER 21, 2012 APPROX. 11:15 P.M I was working on my computer and I was blocked from running scans, etc. I turned on another computer that I have and received a pop up message that said, "Niggers get Killed, LMPD." I was also playing CD on my CD player and my CD player was being taken over and my CD's were being stopped and scratched. I called 911 and reported the crime. I specifically told them that I did not want the police at my home because they are committing the crimes and I did not request the Fire Dept. Shortly after my call three (3) Fire Engines #16, 17, & 19, Fire Truck #3 and Fire Truck # 4, Two police cars 231 Baker - Officer Wilson & 235 Charlie - Officer Asbury appeared at my home This was blatant harassment as Idid not call them. They were shining flash lights in my face, etc. I do fear for my life, as this harassment campaign has been going on for several years. Later that night I also received another pop up box that said, "You need to stop Talking" along with a 2nd pop up box that said, "Niggers get Killed, LMPD" (Note: The Fire Dept. is shining flash lights in my face in these pictures and in the ones below you are seeing my front porch railing and some of the Fire Trucks & Firemen. You can not see the police because they are on the side of the front of my house and I did not get good pictures of them.)

I called 911 and I was told to call Professional Standards to find out who they were. I was told that it was Lt. Michael O'Neil and Sgt. Greg Brown.

I called 911 to find out who was at my door and which fire dept. was at my door and they told me that I had to call Professional Standards. I called them and they stated that I would need to get back with them.

JANUARY 18, 2013 7:44P.M.
E. Wagner, Louisville Metro Police Officer Harassing me at my home. He is looking through my front door on my front porch. I did not call him. I called 911 because I was being assaulted through my television by pulse weapons (see video on my home page where I, along with others across the United States spoke in Washington at the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues regarding being assaulted by pulse weapons) and my television was also being destroyed by the interception, which included freezing the screen, destroying the sound, etc. Also the words LMPD were going across the bottom of my television screen. I specifically told 911 not to send LMPD to my home because they are commiting the crimes. I called 911 back a second time because at 8:15 p.m. E. Wagner was still sitting two doors down the street from my home. At 8:30 p.m. he came back and bammed on my door and I did not let him in. I do fear for my life due to the corruption in the Louisville Metro Police Dept. **************************************

OCTOBER 8, 2012 5:30 P.M.
On Oct. 8, 2012 at approx. 7:04 a.m I turned on my computer and received a pop up message that stated, "Nigers get Killed, LMPD." LMPD is the Louisville Metro Police Dept. I went to Jefferson District Court in Louisville, KY and filed this in my court case #12-F-007230. After I received this message at 9:25 a.m someone intercepted my electricity and turned off some of the lights in my home and and I was unable to use the breaker box to turn them back on. I called LG&E (Louisville Gas & Electric) (Also when I called LG&E from both of my telephones the message stated that I was calling from 919-999-9999 which was not either of the numbers that I was calling from. I had to put my number in. I waited all day and no one came until 5:30 p.m. with the police and it was McBride who is an LG&E Rep. that I have had a previous problem with which is documented with him were two police officers and they refused to leave my property. *************************** I also filed a complaint with IC3 regarding this incident. I am being severely attacked by Directed Energy while I am typing this entry

POLICE OFFICE JOHN TERRENCE KEELING (WHO HAS STALKED AND HARASSED ME TO THE POINT THAT I HAD TO GO TO THE MERIT BOARD) WAS AGAIN SITTING ON THE CORNER OF MY STREET. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT WHEN CHIEF WHITE WAS IN LOUISVILLE AS POLICE CHIEF JOHN TERRENCE KEELING WAS MOVED FROM THIS BEAT. I SAW HIM AT 3:15 P.M. AS I WAS GOING TO THE POST OFFICE WHEN I CAME BACK AT 3:30 P.M. HE WAS GONE.
The LMPD car John Terrence Keeling was driving. He is in the car and it is parked on the corner. All morning I had problems with my telephone.

Harrassment - LMPD Officer John Terrence Keeling & Another Officer. On one occasion my lock on my front door was broken 2 days after Keeling was at my door. This was reported.
